GovDocs shall have a <br />license to use the user inforlnation in order to provide services for theCity ofRamsey. GovDocs never shares <br />in~brmation gathered through our government partners with third part[es for promotional purposes. <br />Ownership of documents and application - The City of Ramsey maintains sole ownership of all output from the <br />setnp services provided under this Service schedule inchding the database of information associated with each <br />docunmnt and the digital files ofthe documeots converted by GovDocs. GovDocs shall maintain sole ownership of the <br />GovDocs Docmnent Delivery Application and all modifications made to the applicationand its contents (other than <br />City of Ramsey documeots) whether these modifications are made specifically to accommodate theCity of Ramsey's <br />documents within the GovDocs.com Document Delivery Application or for another purpose. <br /> <br />GovDocs Proposal 2 January l I, 2001 <br /> <br />-259- <br /> <br /> <br />
