He and two of his other neighbors are opposed to the request. The property ~at' Ms. Dahlheimer is leasing is full of quick sand and is not safe for the horses. There are no:fehces connecting the two properties. The Dahlheimers have never had a '~ ~:~em o~i~ai~g of ar~mal waste. They dispose of waste in the front of their yard and that ~h6ffld n6t:.~e tolerated.
