City Code specifies that exterior wall finishes shall consist of natural or prefabricated brick <br />or stone or pre-cast concrete panels or some other material approved by City Council. The <br />building elevation plan indicates that the exterior wall materials will consist of integrally <br />treated concrete masonry units, face brick, and a prefinished metal cap. <br /> <br />The drainage and landscaping plans appear to be generally acceptable. <br /> <br />The applicant originally proposed two accesses from Highway 10. Initial review by MnDOT <br />indicated that permission for two accesses would not be granted. The applicant has modified <br />the site plan to show only one access. MnDOT is reviewing the new access at the time this <br />case is being written, Staff wilt give the City Council an update of MnDOT's review at the <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />The site plan shows a future service road along the northern boundary of the site. This idea is <br />supported by staff.
