-170- Chairperson Nixt noted there are access rights to Highway #10 and Mn/DOT has preliminary indicated a willingness to provide at least one. Principal Planner Trudgeon noted the applicant is requesting an additional access from Mn/DOT but they are not required to provide a second access. He stated that he thinks a solution can be found. Chairperson Nixt asked if one access is sufficiently distant fi.om the intersectior~ .to provide a reasonable deceleration and acceleration lanes. He noted the access would be 150 to 200 feet to the mobilehom~-Pfoperty line. He stated they can get an adequate turn lane as indicated and moving it farth~it will make it even longer.
