She stated the subject property is approximately 1.3 acres in size and is located within the 7~ ":%Metropolitan U';ban Service Area (MUSA). City Code restricts detached accessory buildings '-}isis_teen feet'.~ height if the property is located within the MUSA area. The applicant is 'reque_sting tO construct a detached accessory building that would be 18 feet 2 inches in height, which results in a two foot two inch deviation from City Code. The applichnt would like to exce~d'' the 16-foot height restr/ction in order to construct a detached accessory building that clOSely matches the height and width of the existing attached garage.
