I <br />[I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of the Subject has been identified by the City as <br />follows: <br /> <br />IPin <br /> 28-32-25-13-0001 <br /> <br />FEE OWNER <br /> <br />B.M.A. Associates, a <br />Minnesota Partnership <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That in order to carry out the purposes and objectives described above it is necessary <br /> to acquire the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the acquisition of the Subject Property by exercise of eminent domain in the <br />manner provided-by Minnesota Statute Chapter 117 serves a public interest and is <br />deemed to be necessary. <br /> <br />That the City deems it necessary for the reasons set forth above to proceed without <br />delay under Minn. Stat. §117.042 to pay t6 the owners or into court a sum of money <br />to serve as compensation to the owners of the Subject Property, which amount shall <br />be equal to Petitioner's approved appraisal of value as determined by the City. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the Subject Property as <br />described above in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. The City Administrator is <br />authorized to negotiate and represent the City of Ramsey in all proceedings. <br /> <br />5. That if the Subject Property cannot be acquired by direct negotiation, it shall be <br /> acquired by eminent domain. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary petition therefore, and to <br />prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the City or Court. <br /> <br />7.
