RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-35, 141sT AVENUE N.W./EBONY STREET N.W. <br />STREET & UTILITY CONSTRUCTION <br /> By: Brian E. Olson, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On March 27, 2001, City Council adopted Resolution #01~03-164A approving the plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #00-35 (141st Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W. Street & <br />Utility Construction). Pursuant to an advertisement for bid, an opening was performed on <br />Friday, April 20, 2001. A blank copy of the resolution receiving the bids and awarding the <br />contract to the lowest responsible bidder is attached and will be completed and distributed at the <br />City Council meeting.
