She <br /> stated the suljject property is approximately 1.3 acres in size and is located within the <br />_Metr°p°litan'~~ban Service Area (MUSA). City Code restricts detached accessory buildings to <br />s~xteen feet':in height if the property is located within the MUSA area. The applicant is <br />requesting to construct a detached accessory building that would be 18 feet 2 inches in height, <br />which,' results in a two foot two inch deviation from City Code. The applicant would like to <br />exceed the 16-foot height restriction in order to construct a detached accessory building that <br />tic'ely matches the height and width of the existing attached garage.
