Lot 1 is pr6~?~&d to eventually contain a retail <br />center and ~s 3.80 acres ~n s~ze. He noted Lot 1 has an <br /> area designated as a sto~water-drainage pond and asked what drainage easements are needed <br /> should it be split into two,totS in the future. <br /> <br /> Jim Winkel, representing the applicant, stated they plan to have appropriate drainage easements <br /> to accommodate-all drainage, accumulate water on site, bring water around the building, provide <br />-'-Q,: :'; ~. filtration, and"fhen drain to Sunfish.
