'STICI~NEY TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS AND THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF <br />ALLOWED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, N.W. Stickney, hereinafter referred to as the' "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the number of accessory buildings and the <br />allowable square footage restrictions established in City Code on the property generally known <br />as 7956 173~'t Ave. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />North 300 t'eet of East 350 feet Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter Section 8, Township 32, <br />Range 25 as measured along East and North lines thereof; together with North 300 feet of West <br />400 feet of Northwest quarter of Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25 as <br />measured along West and North lines thereof, except road subject of easement of record, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on May 1, '2001, conducted the <br />public heading and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> 'NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional' use permit (Permit) to exceed the <br />number of accessory buildings and the maximum square footage restrictions of accessory <br />buildings as established in City Code, is hereby granted to N.W. Stick_ney, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Permittee" <br /> <br />That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum often (10) accessory buildings with a total <br />accessory building area of 5,867 square feet. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall remove the existing 40 x 40 (1,600 square feet) accessory building, <br />and shall comply with all City and outside agency guidelines when removing the building <br />from the property. <br /> <br />That the construction of a new detached accessory building shall not exceed 1,500 square feet <br />in size and shall require issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />-173- <br /> <br /> <br />
