-174- 5. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Uniform Building Codes. 6. That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks. 7. The Permittee herein agrees that a business will not be operated in any of the accessory buildings unless it is in accordance with City Code. 8. That this Permit shall be-perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. 9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing, this Permit. 10. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 11. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by ,2002 and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation.
