In no case shall a buflding be required to have a setback of more than sf~y (60) feet, except where a business district is adjacent to a residential district. Subd. 5. Sanitary waste water connections for all structures which require waste water service shall be stubbed in and shall be located either in front or on the side of the structure to provide for convenient hook-up to municipal waste water collection system. Subd. 6. No lot, yard, or parking area shall be so reduced in area or dimension as to make it less than the minimum requirements of this Chapter, and if already less than the minimums, it shall not be further reduced. Subd. 7. No lot shall contain any building used as a dwelling unless it has the minimum lot width as specified in §9.20 of this Chapter. Subd. 8. Along streets which are designated in the County's thoroughfare plan, the minimum setback for all buildings and structures shall be sixty (6(~) feet from the centerline of the right-of-way plus the local applicable setback, except where a service road exists, in which case there shall be a thirty-five (35) foot setback. Subd. 9. The owners of a double frontage lot may elect to front the principal building on either street which the lot abuts, provided that the principal entrance to the building shall open on the street so selected. In cases where one of the streets is a county or state street, the lot shall front on the other street. Where any such election is · manifestly contrary to the established character or ~velfare of the neighborhood, the permit shall be referred to the Board of Appeals for approval or disapproval. Subd. 10. Ali buildings hereafter constructed 'in the City shall, be sited on their respective lots with .respect to future re-subdivision as provided ..in Chapter 9.03 regarding subdivisions, as if those future lot lines were recorded at the time the building permit application is made. For the purposes of this Section, on-site sewer systems are no! considered par'[ of the building. Subd. 1I. Ali subsequent additions and out-buildings constructed after the erection of the original building or outbuildings shall be constructed of materials comparable to those used in the original constru~ion and shall be designed in a manner conforming to the original architectural design and general appearance. Subd. 12. Buildings may ;be excluded from side and rear setback requirements if pm-fy walls are used and if the adjacent buildings are constructed as an integral structure. Unless otherwise provided for in this Chapter, no materials or equipment may be .stored outside, except those directly related to the principal use or those being used for construction on the premises.
