The <br />workscope includes services for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineer- <br />lng, interior design, civil engineering and landscape design. For the purposes of this propos- <br />al, the cost of construction is assumed to be approximately $5,000,000. <br /> <br />Furniture and Equipment <br />The design fee for furnishing, equipment and signage from schematics through installation <br />would be based on 8,5% of the FF&E cost. <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Expenses of printing Bid documents, CADD files, mylars, reproductions, postage and travel <br />should be billed at a cost to the client. <br /> <br />BKV <br />G R O.U P <br /> <br /> · -277- <br /> <br /> <br />
