We have been <br />asked to provide a fee structure for the basis of compensation. <br /> <br />Fee: We provide fixed fees to all of our public clients based on the following: <br /> <br />1. New Building <br /> a. 6% x Construction Cost Estimates <br /> <br />2. Remodeling and Additions with Remodeling <br /> a. 7% x Construction Cost Estimates <br /> <br />We would be happy to establish a fixed fee with you once the scope of the project is <br />established. This fixed fee would include all consultant and Wold costs, except <br />reimbursables. <br /> <br />Reimbursables could include: <br /> <br />1. Printing and Reprographics <br />2. Travel <br />3.
