SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #01-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the CiU of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #01 -__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 (Municipal <br />Regulations) to amend the parcel size regulations for maintaining horses (equines) and to provide · <br />the option to lease property to meet acreage requirements for keeping horses, <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
