t0. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />I6. <br /> <br />That in accordance with City Code, the proposed building will be constructed of materials <br />like the home; maintenance free vinyl siding and asphalt shingles. <br /> <br />That the proposed building will be approximately 19.35 feet in height, which is in <br />compliance with the 22 foot height restriction. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />USES. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the community,. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general weffare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the day of ,2001. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-06~ <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-132- <br /> <br /> <br />
