AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Roger and Sue Butler, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", _.have <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building .space <br />allowed on the property generally known as 16351 Azurite Street N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township that part of the east 220 feet of the west 440 feet of <br />the south 200 feet of the north 638 feet of the east half of the northeast quarter of <br />Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, subject to easement over the west 33 feet <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota - <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 5, 2001, conducted the <br />public heading and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows': <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit)'to exceed the <br />amount of accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City <br />Code, is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br /> <br />That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum of 2,112 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the Subject Property, and all accessory structures regardless of whether or not they <br />require a building permit, are subject to the adjusted maximum for the Subject property. <br /> <br />That the construction of the new accessory building wiI1 require issuance of a building permit <br />from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />5. That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks. <br /> <br /> <br />
