I <br /> I <br />The landscape plan meets the 20% open space requirement for a Planned Unit Development. <br />City staff has reviewed the landscaping plan as part of the site plan review process. The initial I <br />landscaping plan was deficient. The developer is working on a new landscaping plan to meet the <br />City standards. I <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing in regards tO the proposed rezoning on June 5, <br />2001. After review of the application, the Planning Commission recommended that the rezoning <br />application submitted by Royal Oaks Realty be approved by the City Council. I <br />Recommendation: I <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the request for rezoning of the <br />property from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development.
