Her other concern had to do with the <br />health of the wetlands once the development occurs. He stated that he does think that <br />Mr. ~3i-ack is interested in!:':~brking with the neighborhood, but his main concern has to do with <br />the tree~'~:a~i~,[he wetlandS: He stated that if he would have know the higher density would be <br />going in he ;v~0Uld havei¢~ot purchased his lot. He stated a formal tree preservation needs to be <br />put in place b~::th~:~i{~ and would like to see the retention pond relocated because his neighbor <br />has spent over $2:'0,000 to create the landscape around his house and now he would have a <br />drainage pond abut it. His last concern had to do with the small lot on the peninsula.
