Her other concern had to do with the health of the wetlands once the development occurs. She explained that the development is just under the threshold of needing an environmental assessment, which she strongly urged the City to complete before approving the development. His last concern had to do with the small lot on the peninsula. He stated that the quality of the homes in the beginning of is development were good quality, but the. smaller lots very small homes were built and many of those people do not maintain their properties.
