Thieschafer, <br />Windemere Woods, and Randy and Kristine Dubiel, 5641 146th Avenue NW, Ramsey, <br />expressing their concerns with the development. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to <br /> <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners <br />Sweet, and Watson.
