Because collector roadways are <br />designed for the movement of traffic, traffic calming measures are not typically used on <br />this type of roadway. <br /> <br />It is determined that the proposed residential development will have minimal impact on <br />Iodine Street to the northwest. It is expected that daily traffic volumes will increase by <br />approximately 70 trips per day with the construction of the proposed development. This <br />access is recommended to provide street continuity, improve traffic operations at the <br />intersection of CSAH 5/Site Access driveway, provide better emergency vehicle access, <br />and decrease the travel distance of residents in the .northwest comer of.the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br />
