Norman, City Administrator

Klm Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator

Technology Consultant

On May 14th at the Happy Days Committee meeting, one of the members asked me about
the City's web page. I had indicated that Staffwas in the process of looking at
consultants to help in redesigning the page when the representative to the committee from
Connexus advised me that Connexus had used a technology consultant to help them set
up a computer network after they had moved to the Ramsey site. He said that the
consultant may have also helped them with their web page design. He gave me Al
Ferber's name and number to call, as he couldn't remember the consultant's name but
that he thought they did a good job.

I called Mr. Ferber at Connexus and he gave me Barry Johnson's name. Mr. Johnson is
founder and president of Dynamic Information Systems, a 45-employee information
systems firm providing clients with consultation and implementation services. Mr.
Ferber also indicated that Mr. Johnson's firm also provides web page development. He
spoke very favorably of Mr. Johnson and his firm.

contacted Mr. Johnson and he has agreed to meet with Kathy Schmitz and I on May 22nd
at 1:30.
