Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Kim Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Technology Consultant <br /> <br />Kathy and I met with Barry Johnson, Dynamic Information Systems, yesterday afternoon <br />and discussed the web page redesign project. During the course of our meeting, it <br />became apparent that Mr. Johnson may be able to assist Staff in putting together a <br />computer/technology plan. <br /> <br />Terry had spoken at a recent worksession about the need for the City to have a computer/ <br />technology plan and, while I agree, having Terry help the City with such a plan may be <br />viewed as a conflict of interest for him. It is mostly for this reason that Staff generally <br />has been reluctant in enlisting his assistance with this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson left information about his company and his Curriculum Vitae, which I have <br />attached to this memo.
