Mr. Sullivan is in the process of <br /> compiling a questionnaire to TIF businesses regarding their benefits, pay, number of employees, <br /> etc. Once this is completed he will present it to EDA members. <br /> <br />'Mr. Sullivan will also be compiling information on past TIF projects to present to the members. <br /> <br /> State law states that for every $75,000 in TIF money businesses need to create one job. The City <br /> of Ramsey's requirement is one job for every $25,000. <br /> <br /> Members are concerned uses that are not compatible will be developed within a district. <br /> <br /> Case #3: Industrial Development Projects <br /> <br /> City Administrator, James Norman, reviewed the current industrial developments. These <br /> developments include Connexus Energy, Altron Property, Danny's Tranny, Gateway Industrial <br /> Park No. 5, Alloy Recovery and Waste Management Property. Updates were also included in the <br /> agenda along with a location map. <br /> <br /> Case #4: Revisit Date for EDA Meetings <br /> <br /> By consensus the EDA meetings were changed to the second Monday of the month. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Motion by Member Zimmerman, seconded by Member Scheiber, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Members Anderson, Scheiber and <br />· Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
