Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #01-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED FOR AN <br />ALUMINUM PROCESSING FACILITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 1989, the City of Ramsey (City) issued a Conditional Use <br />Permit (Permit) to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. (Permittee) that. was subsequently <br />amended on November 13, 1990 and March 9, 1993; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 21,2001, the City sent a letter to the owner, Daniel Karst, Jr., of <br />Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc., identifying violation of Permit conditions and allocating <br />thirty (30) days to rectify the alleged violations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public heating to <br />review the status of compliance with the conditions of the Permit City Council and adopted <br />Resolution #01-06- adopting Findings of Fact # pursuant to Section 9.03.04 <br />(Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Permit issued by the City of Ramsey to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. on <br />April 25, 1989, and amended on November 13, 1990 and March 9, 1993, is hereby <br />revoked based on Findings of Fact #~ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the ~ day of June, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-160- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
