Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-06- A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED FOR AN ALUMINUM PROCESSING FACILITY WHEREAS, on April 25, 1989, the City of Ramsey (City) issued a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. (Permittee) that. was subsequently amended on November 13, 1990 and March 9, 1993; and WHEREAS, on May 21,2001, the City sent a letter to the owner, Daniel Karst, Jr., of Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc., identifying violation of Permit conditions and allocating thirty (30) days to rectify the alleged violations; and WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public heating to review the status of compliance with the conditions of the Permit City Council and adopted Resolution #01-06- adopting Findings of Fact # pursuant to Section 9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Permit issued by the City of Ramsey to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. on April 25, 1989, and amended on November 13, 1990 and March 9, 1993, is hereby revoked based on Findings of Fact #~ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~ day of June, 2001.
