That the City has not been provided' with an affidavit indicating that the building <br />on the Subject Property has an electrical system that is hn compliance with State <br />code. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee did not petition the City for City sewer and water in <br />accordance with Item #29 of the Permit. <br /> <br />That since the issuance of the Permit in 1989, neighboring property owners have <br />complained about excessive smoke emitting from the Subject Property, debris <br />related to the aluminum processing facility littering the road right of way, and <br />screening deterioration. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That on June 26, 2001, the City Council conducted a public hearing regarding the <br />status of the Permittee's compliance with the conditions of the Permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the <br />Councilmember <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />adoption of 'the .foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the __ day of June, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-159-. <br /> <br /> <br />
