On appeal, the City Council granted the variance to Amcor ?recast. <br />City staff recommended denial of the vahance based on the Ramsey Fire Department's <br />comments. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Jim Gilbertson stated that the City has a mutual aid agreement with Elk River,~i~oka, so why <br />would the City of Ramsey want to purchase their own aerial ladder truck .... 5i?~ <br /> <br /> · . Th~hve changed the~a~g plan <br />by four feet around the two sides of the building where the~Chief had the most <br />addition to that they will have a level area for 25 feet ~-d~;~the build~g, as well as a <br />around the building:' The Fire Chief also raised so~'};~:ssues reg~d~fire prevention to be <br />included as part of completion of the building.
