Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Reeves, recommend that the City <br />Council grant site plan approval to the townhomes proposed as part of The Ponds subdivision <br />contingent upon compliance with the City staff review letter dated June 1,2001. <br /> <br />Motion Carded.
