-104- City Code requires all cmvewa, s and off-street parking areas to be paved and finished with B- 6/12 concrete curbing; the site plan meets City requirements. The site plan is proposing 41 parking space which meets city standards. The site will be required to obtain a permit from the Lower Rum Pdver Watershed Management Organization. The exterior building materials for the building are proposing to consist of rock.face and smooth face concrete block, a glass front, and a pre-finished metal canopy. Staff and the Planning Commission are supportive of the proposed accent glass portion of the building, however City Code does not specify that glass is a permitted building material in the BW district and therefore requires City Council approval. The landscaping plan,meets City standards. The facility, w/ll be' served by mun/cipal sewer and water. The Planning Commission met on July I2,200I to review the proposed site plan. Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommended approval contingent upon compliance with Staff Review Letter dated July 6, 2001 and revised July 20, 2001 Motion to approve/deny the pro t plan for RJM Enterprises contingent upon compliance with City Staffreview letter dated July 6, 2001 revised July 20, 2001.
