-104- <br /> <br />City Code requires all cmvewa, s and off-street parking areas to be paved and finished with B- <br />6/12 concrete curbing; the site plan meets City requirements. The site plan is proposing 41 <br />parking space which meets city standards. <br /> <br />The site will be required to obtain a permit from the Lower Rum Pdver Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br /> <br />The exterior building materials for the building are proposing to consist of rock.face and smooth <br />face concrete block, a glass front, and a pre-finished metal canopy. Staff and the Planning <br />Commission are supportive of the proposed accent glass portion of the building, however City <br />Code does not specify that glass is a permitted building material in the BW district and therefore <br />requires City Council approval. <br /> <br />The landscaping plan,meets City standards.
