The amount <br />of Stormwater Management Fee due on the 4.51-acre parcel is 16,872 dollars. The Srorrnwater <br />Management Fee wi[1 be addressed as a part of the TIF agreement between RIM and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City has assigned the property a Residential Equiva'lent Unit (REU) number of 2.66. <br />The quarterly drainage utility charge will be $302.31 (4.51 acres x 2.66 x $25.20).. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00pm on July 24, 2001 at Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050 <br />Armstrong Blvd. to review your site plan.
