The CITY has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee <br />in the amount of $375.00 per lot. A cash payment in the amount of Sixteen Thousand <br />Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($16,500.00) (44 lots x $375.00 per lot) is due at the <br />CITY prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br /> <br />Trail Development Fee. The City Council has enacted a trail development fee in the <br />amount of Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and no cents ($325.00) per lot. <br />Therefore, a payment in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and no <br />cents ($14,300.00) (44 lots x $325/lot) is due at the City prior to releasing the Final Plat <br />for recording. <br /> <br /> II. <br />STAGE II IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Street Cleaning. From time to time, the CITY may remove accumulations o£ soil, earth <br />and debris from the streets resulting from the construction of the Plat. It shall be the <br />DEVELOPER'S responsibility to pay the costs associated with this necessary street <br />cleaning. Invoices from the CITY to DEVELOPER for such costs shall be paid within <br />fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice. <br /> <br />Payment for Stage II Improvements. The CITY will install in the Plat the Stage II <br />Improvements. The DEVELOPER shall also deposit an amount that is determined by <br />the CITY to be adequate to aid in the operation and maintenance of street lights in <br />locations with/n the Plat determined by the City Engineer and installed by Anoka Electric <br />Cooperative for the first three (3) years after final plat approval. The CITY will bill <br />residents in the Plat at least quarterly for street light maintenance and operation costs; <br />billing will be initiated at the time a residence connects to municipal water and sanitary <br />sewer. The DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY an amount equal to 100% of the City <br />Engineer's estimated construction cost of the items prior to recording of the final Plat. <br />The City Engineer's estimated cost of construction is: <br /> <br />a) Inspection No charge <br />b) Street striping and signing (3 ~ $120) $360 <br />c) Traffic signing (1 ~$120) $120 <br />d) Street sweeping $300.00 <br />e) SeaIcoating $11,420 <br />f) Maintenance of storm water and facilities No charge <br />g) Boulevard seeding No Charge <br /> TOTAL <br /> <br />$12,200 <br /> <br />MAILBOX STANDARDS. A uniform cluster mailbox plan will be required on all cul- <br />de-sacs. The design and location of the mailboxes are subject to the approval of the <br />Public Works Director. <br /> <br /> III, <br />PERMITS AND OCCUPANCY <br /> <br />Requirements for Buildine and Occupancy Permits.
