The following existing stub streets are proposed to connect to the <br />development: ~{ina Street south of 1560' Lane, Waco Street south of Juniper Ridge Drive, <br />155th Lane east of Barium Street, and Ute Street north of 154th Lane. Two additional full-access <br />connections, opposite Waco Street and Xkimo Street, are proposed along 153~ Avenue. It is <br />estimated that there will be 1,550 daily trips generated from the development with 118 trips <br />occurring during the a.m. peak hours and 159 trips occurring during the p.m. peak hours.
