They have five houses on the stretch of street to 153rd. Now they are <br />talking about 140 cars coming through their neighborhood which is not acceptable. The <br />neighbors to the north have received an opportunity to purchase a buffer area, but.they have not <br />been given any opportunity to do the same. They will have to go through a watershed organization and will <br />be required to house up to a 100 year event with an outlet to the Rum River. <br /> <br />Len Brermy, stated that he owns two properties east of Bear Park.
