The current rate is $1773.00 per residential unit created. A payment of <br />$278,361 (157 units x $1773/unit) is due at the City prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Manaaement: The City has also established a stormwater management fee and a <br />payment of $58,875.00 (157 units x $375/unit) must be paid prior to release of the final plat <br />for recording. " <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 200I, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd; N.W., to review the preliminary plat.
