-304- <br /> <br />In the recent past, the Council approved a conditional use permit for a home business on Hwy. <br />#I0 that included a business sign, given the fact that the use was on a State Highway, across the <br />street from commercial uses. (The Home Occupation section of City Code does not permit <br />signage of home businesses.) Some years ago, the Council also granted a permit for a sign on <br />T.H. #4? for an agriculture business in a Residential district. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission conducted the public hearing on August 7. There was a resident <br />present expressing support of Mr. Bergersen's request.
