Public Hearing __ ~Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to order at 8:00 p.m. Presentation Community Development Dkector Frolik explained that the City has received a new applicat{on from Eric Thomsen to grade and export soils from an area generally located west of T.H. #47 and south of County Road #63, at about Vanadium Street N.W. The subject property consists of 9 acres. The City CounciI originally approved a conditional use permit for grading and exporting of soil from this property on March 25, I997.
