That Mr. Menard has relocated his commercial business from the accessory structure on <br />the Subject Property to his homestead at 8940 181st Ave and is proposing to sell the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to purchase the Subject Property and have submitted a <br />site plan that proposes to utilize the existing 5,000 square foot accessory structure for a <br />warehouse for steel materials. <br /> <br />That the only employees on the Subject Property will consist of truck drivers delivering <br />and picking up warehoused steel products. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that truck traffic will consist of a maximum of two trucks <br />per day on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicants have stated that there are no plans .to expand the steel warehouse <br /> business beyond that which is pro, posed for the Subject Property at the current time. <br /> <br />11.
