ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED ROAD EASEMENT IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, AzNOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION i. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of Bowers Drive N.W. adjoining Lots 4, 5 and 6, Bowers Mississippi Acres, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota and adjoining the unplatted parcel lying between said Lots 4 <br />and 5, lying westerly of a line 66.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the easterly line of <br />Bowers Drive as laid out in the recorded plat of said Bowers Mississippi Acres. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
