NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Charter Commission recommended Charter Axnendments referenced above shall <br />be submitted at a special city-wide election to be held on November 6, 2001. <br /> <br />That the City Clerk is directed to facilitate the special election in accordance with applicable <br />state laws, City Code and City Charter provisions. <br /> <br />3.
