Chairperson Nixt questioned if the building would still be used if the conditional use permit weren't granted. Mr. Wolf responded it would be used and just improved as needed. Commissioner Kociscak asked how large the commercial property is in acres. , _. Mr. Wolf responded it is about 80 acres. There are 8 acres of greenhouse. Ctx~erson Nixt stated he would move to deny the request in order to have the issue proceed to the Council; however, he is in favor of granting the request.
