Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Kociscak, Reeve, and Watson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Johnson and Sweet. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 9:56 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Co~ssmn at 9:56 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt invited representatives from Lord of Life e~dh to give their inPut. <br /> <br />Dave Ketterling, said he was working with Lord of Lif¢;ii~,i~his projec works with senior <br />housing and admitted he is biased. He explained he live§5~ Sk PaulS~nd his home in St. Paul <br />abuts a 200 umt multiple family development. ,~,~ ~::~:; ,:~::~; <br /> <br />Mr. Ketterling commented that most in the s~ artments will not want <br />to drive at night. Visitors would likely :end. U~ und parking is a <br />much discussed item in the beginning, ~y residents sell their <br />cars and they try to lease their garages.
