-34- <br /> <br />development is planning for a future parking lot expansion, but he felt the homes in Ramsey are <br />more important and the access road should go in that area. <br /> <br />Stacie McCabe, 14641 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey, stated he was against the road going in <br />and multi-living complexes being built. He thought the development down the street is sufficient <br />and did not feel the need for more senior housing at the time He shared his concern with the <br />removal of the trees. He said he would not have a problem with access to T.H. #4$,:but would <br />have trouble with an access to the north. His concern was primarily the possibility:of high <br /> <br />Tim Wood, 14640 Fluorine Street N.W., Ramsey stated he was against the de~ei0Pment <br />completely. He preferred it to stay a residential neighborhood. He sai'd he underst6od:trees <br />would be removed, and commented that it can take years for treesto build up again. He felt the <br />road should not be anywhere near the residential area nor park.' He stated the neighborhood has <br /> <br />Lisa Manor, 14621 Fluorine Street, N.W., Ramsey, commented she Was'against the proposed <br />street. The church exit is in her backyard, and the proposed:' street would be as well. She said she <br />has been there three years and has seen increased traffic. She stated when they moved in, they <br />had three pine trees. During the time they haVe lived there, the trees have suffered wind damage <br />and are nearly dead. There is no buffer between them and the church. There is a row of pines, <br />but if one row of pines is compromised for th/s development, itwill affect-'the row of pines they <br />have She was concerned about her young son. and the increase in traffic. She observes ckildren <br />playing at the church, and she would be concerned for them as well. She shared her largest <br />concern of the lack of privacy. <br /> <br />John Borg, 14661 FlUOrine Street N.W.} Rarnsey, stated that if trees are removed he was <br />concerned about headlights in his bedroom window. He also shared his concern of too much <br />traffic. He noted that iftiae trees-are removed} he~ould not be able to see new trees mature into <br />the size of trees he has now. He .said from his property he cannot see the church property, but <br />will have a clear view if they are all removed. <br /> <br />Lauri' Hanson, 14651 Fluorine Street N.W., shared pictures of her back yard and the proximity of <br />the proposed development. She said: she was told by Lord of Life that they would want to save <br />as many trees as possible. She stated that Bob Hutchison from Lord of Life told them the road <br />will go. in 20 feet from their property line. She said the reality is that the trees will be taken <br />down. She said she does appreciate the ministries the church is doing, but she lives in her home <br />24 hours a day and would like protection from the traffic and lights. She requested that a portion <br />of the proposedpar ~king be removed, and the road be moved over. Then the trees would not be <br />an issue. <br /> <br />Steve Randall, 14691 Fluor/ne Street N.W., Ramsey, stated he moved in in January and backs up <br />to a park.
