Commissioner Watson inquired how many units are being proposed. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon responded there are 204 on the Concept Plan. The gross density <br />would be 8.39 units per acre. Medium density is defined as up to 7 units. He guessed there <br />would be a net density of 10 to 11 units per acre. The neighbors across the road are mostly <br />residential and some commercial.
