ORDINANCE #01- <br /> CiTY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement on the northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Northfork Oaks Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies southeasterly <br />of the northwesterly 10 feet of said Lot 4 and which lies northwesterly of the <br />southeasterly 10 feet of said Lot 4. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement on the southwesterly 5 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Northfork Oaks Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies southeasterly <br />of the northwesterly 10 feet of said Lot 5 and which lies northwesterly of the <br />southeasterly 10 feet of said Lot 5. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
