Bo <br /> <br />Fo <br /> <br />Go <br /> <br />SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS <br /> <br />All proposals must be sent to and received by not later than September 7, 2001. Late <br />proposals will not be accepted. Submit six copies of the proposal. Proposals are to be <br />sealed in mailing envelopes or packages with the responder" name and address clearly <br />written on the outside. Terms of the proposal as stated must be valid for the length of the <br />project. <br /> <br />PROJECT COMPLETION DATE <br /> <br />It is to be anticipated that the project will be initiated, with a kick-off meeting during the <br />later half of September 2001. The project is desired to be completed by March 1, 2001. <br />PROPOSAL CONTENTS <br /> <br />The following will be considered minimum contents of the proposal: <br /> <br />Restate the firms' understanding of the project scope, objectives, goals, and <br />complexity. <br /> <br />2. Identify and describe the deliverables to be provided by the responder. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />Outline the responder's background and experience with particular emphasis on <br />local, state, and federal government work. Identify key personnel to conduct the <br />project and detail their training and work experience. No change in personnel <br />assigned to the project will be permitted without the approval of the City. Provide <br />a list of three clients, including addresses and telephone numbers, whom you have <br />in the past five to seven years performed services similar to those described in this <br />request. <br /> <br />Explain in detail how the firm will conduct the project to accomplish the goals <br />and objectives of the project. Provide details on how the project tasks are to be <br />divided among the various team members. Identify the key team member who is <br />responsible for all the project activities, correspondence, and deliverables and <br />how this person will assure a successful project completion. <br /> <br />Responder will prepare a detailed work plan which will identify the major tasks to <br />be accomplished and be used as a schedule and managing too, as well as the basis <br />for invoicing.
