EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> <br />All proposals received by the deadline will be evaluated by representatives of the City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County and the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />1. Expressed understanding of project scope, objectives, and complexity. <br /> <br />2. The conceptual and technical approach to the conduct of the study. <br /> <br />3. Project work plan identifying the project deliverables and time line under which <br /> the project can be completed. <br /> <br />4. Qualifications of both firm and project team personnel in traffic engineering and <br /> transportation planning. Experience of project personnel will be given greater <br /> weight that than of the firm. <br /> <br />5.
