Trail Development Fee: The City has also enacted a trail development fee at a rate of <br /> $325.00 per unit; existing homesteads are exempt from this fee. The rate charged will be that <br /> which is in effect at the time of final plat approval. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2001, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. N.W., to consider your request for final plat <br />approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions that <br />may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet, proposed resolution for final plat approval and <br />proposed development agreement are enclosed for your information.
