-236- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR LARRY <br /> ANDERSON, PART-TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Larry Anderson was hired as a part-time Building Maintenance <br />Worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on April 16, 2001, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Larry Anderson successfully completed his probationary period and <br />his performance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its October 9, 2001, meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for part-time Building <br />Maintenance Worker Larry Anderson, effective October 16, 2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAxMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for part-time Building <br /> Maintenance Worker Lan-y Anderson effective October 16, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of October 2001. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
