Board Member Watson agreed with Board Member Kociscak and added that the denials in the <br />past were for good reasons. He noted he had a discussion with several Council members <br />regarding the ladder truck. He voiced Ns opinion that it should be in place before a variance is <br />granted. <br /> <br />Board Member Reeve agreed with Board Members Watson and Kociscak. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Reeve, to adopt Resolution <br />//01-09-323 adopting Findings of Fact//0573, with items 11, 12, 13, and 14 unfavorable to the <br />applicant, relating to a request by Lord of Life Church to vary from the height restriction for the <br />Lord of Life Church apartment building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Board Members Kociscak, Reeve and Watson. Voting No: <br />Chairperson Nixt. Absent: Board Members Johnson and Sweet. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Watson, to adotp Resolution <br />//01-09-324 to deny a variance to height restriction for the proposed Lord of Life Church <br />apartment building based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
