-272-

Here are a few ideas:

Direct ALL tra~c out onto Highway 47, entirely eliminating the need for
making a new road along our backyards and the park. (Apply for an
e~ra access permit from the ~k'N' Dept of Transportation).

There is akeady an access onto 47 on Lord of Life's property. Utilize
this access by running the road from the housing South to the current-
access.

Permit Lord of Lde to build only ONE housing unit -the Southernmost
one labeled "phase 2" by the existing access on Lord of Life's property.
That way, the road issue is solved. We feel this is the best solution for all
involved.

DO NOT allow the trees to get cut down at the property line. Direct that
the plans be changed to show that, if they indeed need a road, that k be
run ri~__At up next to the current parking lot; not keeping space open in
between the current lot and the new road because they might want to
someday add 25 or so more parking spots in between there. Our feeling
is that respecting and preserving the single-~mily residential atmosphere
bordering the property is more important than a few parking spots!

Require that BOTH the trees be kept AND a 6 to 8 foot privacy fence run
alongside the eastern and northern property lines along single-family
residential and city park property in order to provide safety for children
playing and privacy fbr our single-family neighborhood.

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

I
I
!
I
!
I
I
